Vision of programs
Local churches in which women are active in proclaiming the gospel, instructing other women, and organizing and developing various ministries according to their calling.
Mission
To educate and help girls and young women effectively serve people in accordance to their calling
Program`s goals
- Will be able to prepare and present a topic for a specific target audience.
- Will learn how to be a mentor to others.
- Will be able to start/develop ministry, using the experience and organizational practices.
- Will be a proactive member or team leader.

Program features
- Girls and young women;
- Those who want to learn to be a mentor;
- Those who want to develop a ministry according to their calling;
- Those who want to be part of the community of ministry 24/7;
- Those who are always on the lookout for personal development, new people, experiences and new ideas.
The program is designed for:
Conditions of entry
- Be a born again baptized member of the church for at least one year
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a completed secondary education
- Have a recommendation from a pastor of a local church
- Participate in ministry in a local church
